Young Entrepreneur Contract Terms

Young Entrepreneurs will be given a 4' spot in a communal area. 1 parent/adult may stay with the young entrepreneur but only 1 as space is limited.

Young Entrepreneurs are not allowed to sell food or drinks

Vendors are to be respectful of other vendors, no food/drink giveaways.

Liability

While all precautions will be taken to guard against loss of equipment or display material, the Straffordville Community Committee will not assume any responsibility for loss of any kind.

Insurance

Vendors are recommended to insure their goods/equipment against loss.

Setup and Vehicle Access

Set up from 7am – 9:30 am. All cars are to be cleared out of vendor area by 9:30am Booth must be staffed by the entrepreneurs, only 1 supervising adult will be permitted in the booth. Early departure is permitted only with prior approval. For the safety of all attendees, no vehicle access will be allowed on-site until the festival concludes at 5:00 PM

Fire Regulations

The vendor agrees to observe all fire regulation and maintain acceptable fire prevention practices as required by the Municipality of Bayham's Fire Department. There is no smoking on the fairgrounds or indoors.

Refuse & Storage

Refuse must be placed in the bins provided. Supplies & boxes are to be stored underneath tables or in vehicle.

Duration

All vendors must stay for the duration of the festival (10am – 2pm). Any vendor leaving their booth unattended for an extended amount of time or leaving early will be refused a vendor space in future festivals.

Displays

All items must be displayed on the tabletop or in your tent with a clear path in & out. Vendors cannot display items outside of their assigned space. Walkways must be clear of vendor items.

Vendor Compliance

Vendors must comply with the rules as stated.
